Sunrise Residents: How Are We Serving You?
The City of Sunrise is seeking the input of its residents and customers as part of a pilot project to enhance customer service. Two surveys - designed to gauge satisfaction with the Leisure Services Department and the Public Service/Utilities Billing Division - are now available online to receive your valuable feedback.

If you prefer, printed postcard-size surveys are also available. They can be filled out at one of seven City facilities and dropped into a locked box, or taken home and mailed back to the City free of charge.

All surveys may be submitted anonymously. During 2009, the survey program is expected to expand to solicit feedback on all City departments and services.
