Residence Inn/Courtyard

White Lodging Services has proposed the construction of an 11-story, full-service hotel - the Sunrise Residence Inn/Courtyard by Marriott - at the intersection of Sunrise Boulevard and the Sawgrass Expressway. The facility would feature approximately 350 rooms and offer structured parking for guests.

The proposed hotel would be only the second example of Marriott's "two flag" concept in the U.S., delivering the best elements of the Residence Inn and Courtyard brands in one convenient location. A similar project opened in Austin, Texas, in September 2006.
